The terms and conditions below apply to all online orders placed using our website.

Please read carefully before ordering.

  1. Please ensure any details left with us are correct. Please inform us if any details change email or address postal address. We will not be able to refund if the information provided is incorrect and goods have perished or have been damaged as a result of inaccurate information on the purchasers’ part.
  2. Privacy Policy. Any information gathered by Little Sister
    is used solely to enable us to process and deliver orders that you may place. We wish to assure you that we NEVER give, sell or swap your information.
  3. Cheese Boxes and Grazing Boxes and Hampers are collections of food items that are individually hand-wrapped in packaging paper and packed in cardboard boxes. All our delivery packaging is recyclable.
    1. The Cheese Boxes and Grazing Boxes and Hampers displayed on our website contain only the items listed. Any props used in the photographs are not included in our selection boxes unless expressly stated.
  4. We have made every effort to display the appearance of our products as accurately as possible. This includes, but not limited to colour, dimension, descriptions and packaging. We may from time to time alter the product specifications of items displayed on our website without prior notice. The packaging of our products may also vary from time to time, but this will not affect the contents.
  5. All cheese is freshly prepared and inspected by our trained team prior to delivery. We are confident that when your cheese leaves us it’s at its optimum condition.
    1. If you have an issue with the condition of any of your goods, for any reason, please let us know immediately. Call on 089433 2201 or email us at shop@littlesisterdeli.com.au.
      Should you have an issue with the quality of any of our goods, we will ask you to provide photographic evidence.
    2. If you do not let us know of a problem within 24 hours of having received an order, or if you have disposed of any items without first having obtained photographic evidence, we would not feel obliged to accept your claim.
  6. Copyright. All copy right, database rights, trademark rights and all other intellectual property rights in the context of this website, such as texts, photographs, graphics, logos, banners, images, is the sole property of Little Sister Delicatessen. Any use and display of the content of this website without the express written permission of Little Sister Delicatessen, for purposes other than viewing of information or ordering goods, is strictly prohibited.
  7. Substitution Policy. Little Sister Delicatessen reserves the right to substitute an item with another item of equal or greater value than the original or issue a refund for the product.
    This applies to items within Cheese Boxes, Grazing Boxes, Hampers and bespoke selections.
    1. We may also select a replacement item, if we believe it is in keeping with the particular theme of one of our Cheese or Grazing Boxes or Hampers.
    2. In instances where we believe we must make a substitution we will endeavour to notify you ahead of time.
  8. Gift Vouchers. Gift vouchers may be purchased in store or by calling the shop direct. We are happy to send by post, on to the recipients of the Gift Vouchers.
    1. Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed at Little Sister Delicatessen, 25 Market Street, Fremantle WA 6160.
    2. Each Gift Voucher must be redeemed in full. You may pay the remaining balance of any purchase with cash or card. You cannot exchange Gift Vouchers for cash.
  9. Cancellations. Should you wish to cancel your order please contact the shop by email at shop@littlesisterdeli.com.au or by phone on 08 9433 2201.
    1. Provided your cancellation request is received before your items are dispatched, we can cancel your order and refund the full amount without charge.
    2. Should your items already be one their way to your chosen address, it may not be possible to stop them from being delivered in time or a refund possible. Contact us ASAP.
  10. Delivery. We send goods by overnight refrigerated HACCP certified delivery to Perth Metro, Perth CBD and Perth Outer Metro ONLY.
    1. We can deliver to your home, place of work, and to the home of your friends, relatives or business associates.
    2. We must have a complete address including complete postcode and mobile number for every delivery address.
    3. We deliver on FRIDAYS ONLY unless otherwise organised with the shop direct. Contact us by email at shop@littlesisterdeli.com.au or by phone on 08 9433 2201.
    4. Because our produce is perishable, we recommend an alternative delivery instruction for private address, such as “Leave In a Safe Place/on porch/behind gate etc”. This is particularly important as our couriers cannot return if you are not at home to receive delivery.
    5. Please note we are not responsible if your delivery is left unattended after delivery, and therefore left vulnerable to pilferage, or damage from weather, spoilage or unforeseen circumstance.
  11. Cheese Tower/Cake Delivery. We take every precaution to ensure your cheese will arrive in perfect condition. Should you find any damage has been sustained in transit, please notify us immediately and we can find a replacement to be delivered to you. Alcohol may only purchased within selected Gift Hampers, Gift Boxes, Cheese Gift Boxes and Grazing Gift Boxes.

Alcohol content is ONLY available with HOME DELIVERY purchases .

Alcohol is not available on CLICK AND COLLECT purchases

Alcohol is not available from the Little Sister shop

The Purchaser must be 18 years of age and over to purchase

The recipient of the Gift Box/Hamper containing alcohol must be 18 years of age and over.

The maximum alcohol content available for purchase is 2Litres in any single purchase
